• Provide support and resources to community members participating in our initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community outreach, program coordination, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse community groups.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and digital communication platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in developing and executing outreach strategies.
• Familiarity with the non-profit sector and community development principles is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Community Development, Public Relations, or Marketing is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
