Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Community Marketing Coordinator to join our fully remote team. You will foster and grow our online community, driving engagement and brand loyalty through strategic communication.

As the voice of the brand across forums and social groups, you will create content, respond to users, organize virtual events, and collaborate with marketing and support to ensure a positive, consistent experience for users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community management or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
• Ability to create engaging content (text, images, short videos).
• Experience with community management tools and analytics is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for building relationships and fostering positive online interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow and engage the online community across platforms.
• Create and share content to foster discussion and interaction.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments, and address user concerns.
• Organize and promote online events to drive engagement.
• Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers.
