Coface South Africa is seeking a proactive graduate to support the Commercial team with prospecting, lead generation, and the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and client documentation.

You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, update CRM systems and client databases accurately, and coordinate with underwriting, claims and finance to ensure smooth client onboarding, all while developing a solid foundation in trade credit risk

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsabilités

• Assist the Commercial team with prospecting and lead generation activities
• Support in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and client documentation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Update and maintain Customer Relationship Management systems and client databases accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams (Underwriting, Claims, Finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding
