Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) to lead the setup, programming, and refresh of the Centralized Monitoring platform. The role requires strong SAS programming skills and experience with Cluepoints, and involves direct collaboration with clients on sponsor-dedicated projects.

The CMA will support CM strategy development, ensure data quality through QTL/KRI/{{CMP}} implementation, and manage CM documentation with attention to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical research or a related field, preferably centralized monitoring.
• Experience with SAS programming including macro language.
• Knowledge or experience with Cluepoints platform.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders to execute CM activities.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments per CMP.
• Refresh Centralized Monitoring Platform at predefined frequencies to enable signal detection.
• Generate and maintain CM platform specifications and file in eTMF.
• Review and understand the study protocol and data sources for CM.
• Collaborate with CM team to deliver study-level centralized monitoring processes.
