Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) for a remote role across multiple study sites globally. The CMA will support CM strategy, program QTL/KRI, and maintain CM platform documentation while coordinating with the Centralized Monitoring Lead and various stakeholders.

The role requires SAS experience and knowledge of Cluepoints, with emphasis on data quality, regulatory compliance and effective cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharmaceutical R&D or centralized monitoring, data management or biostatistics.
• 2-3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Experience with Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Supports the Centralized Monitoring Lead in developing the CM strategy for the study, including QTL, KRI, data visualizations and data quality assessments.
• Setup/Program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments according to the study CMP.
• Refresh the Centralized Monitoring Platform at predefined frequency to enable signal identification.
• Generate and maintain the Centralized Monitoring Platform specifications document in the eTMF.
• Review and understand the protocol; understand data sources and transfer specifications.
• Perform peer-review of CM platform setup performed by CMA colleagues.
• Engage with stakeholders to execute activities with limited supervision.
