Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) to operate remotely, interfacing with sponsors and cross-functional teams. The CMA will help implement centralized monitoring designs, program QTLs and KRIs, and refresh CM platforms to detect signals and ensure data quality.

Requirements include 3+ years in pharma R&D or related field, 2–3 years SAS with macros, Cluepoints familiarity, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharma R&D or related field (centralized Monitoring, data management, or biostatistics).
• 2-3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience with Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously with stakeholders to execute study-level CM activities.
• Understand data sources, transfer specs and data structures.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (GxP, GCP) and CDMP/Clinical Data Management practices.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Support Centralized Monitoring Lead in developing CM strategy for studies (QTL, KRI, data visualizations, DQA).
• Setup/Program QTL, KRI and DQA per study CMP.
• Refresh CM platform at defined frequency to enable signal detection.
• Generate and maintain CM platform specs document and file in eTMF.
• Review study protocol and data sources to ensure CM alignment.
• Understand data sources and transfer specs and data structures.
• Peer-review CM platform setups performed by colleagues.
