Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a visionary Remote Cloud Solutions Architect to join its distributed engineering team. This role designs scalable, secure cloud infrastructure supporting global operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a focus on cost efficiency and reliability.

You will translate stakeholder needs into robust cloud architectures, develop blueprints, implement IaC, collaborate with DevOps and security teams, and stay current with cloud trends in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure management.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated services.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and DevOps principles in a cloud context.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
