Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Cleaning Quality Assurance Specialist to elevate the quality of cleaning services across all locations without on-site presence. You will design QA protocols, analyze data, perform remote inspections, and drive continuous improvement with field teams.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, knowledge of cleaning standards, and experience with digital quality tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field in cleaning or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine QA programs for cleaning services.
• Analyze client feedback and audits to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Create and manage remote quality assessments and virtual inspections.
• Collaborate with field managers to address quality concerns and actions.
• Develop remote training materials and conduct virtual sessions.
• Document QA activities, findings, and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular quality reports for senior management with KPIs.
