Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Industrial Cleaning Process Analyst to optimize cleaning processes and ensure compliance for a diverse client portfolio. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, autonomous work, and virtual collaboration with site managers and operations teams.

The successful candidate will evaluate current methodologies, develop SOPs, and create actionable reports to support management decisions while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process analysis, operations management, or a related field in the cleaning or industrial sector.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Excellent understanding of industrial cleaning principles, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for virtual collaboration.
• Experience in developing process documentation and SOPs.
• Ability to interpret and apply health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing industrial cleaning procedures and workflows across multiple remote locations.
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in cleaning efficiency and safety.
• Develop and propose evidence-based recommendations for process optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced hygiene standards.
• Create detailed reports and presentations outlining findings and proposed solutions for management review.
• Collaborate virtually with on-site operational teams and facility managers to gather information and implement process changes.
• Research and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in industrial cleaning and sanitation.
• Develop standardized cleaning checklists and operational guidelines suitable for remote implementation.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide ongoing analysis.
• Ensure all recommendations align with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Contribute to the development of training materials for remote implementation of new processes.
