Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's in Urban Planning or related field is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in urban planning, infrastructure development, or a related field.
• Proficiency with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS) and urban planning tools.
• Strong understanding of sustainable development principles and smart city concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to work effectively independently and as part of a distributed team.

Responsibilities
