Placements24 seeks a talented Civil Engineer for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will contribute to site development, earthworks, and stormwater design, collaborating with project managers, drafters and consultants from anywhere in the country.

Ideal candidates have a BEng in Civil Engineering, Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng preferred, 5+ years in civil design, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D to deliver compliant plans and documentation for diverse residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng registration with ECSA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of civil design experience, preferably land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential.
• Knowledge of SA municipal standards and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Design civil plans for site development including grading and drainage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare civil engineering plans for site development, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
