Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Public Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of program management experience in childcare or non-profit settings.
• Proven skills in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and QA frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, with remote collaboration proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for childcare programs, setting goals and objectives for growth and quality improvement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational aspects of multiple childcare programs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of program coordinators and childcare professionals across different locations.
• Ensure all programs comply with relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational standards.
• Monitor program performance, collect data, and generate reports to assess impact and identify areas for enhancement.
