You will develop training materials, conduct virtual consultations, and advise on curriculum development from a home office, delivering flexible, project-based work across regions.

The role requires a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, 7+ years in the field, and strong communication skills for virtual delivery and LMS facilitation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, or consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in early learning frameworks and quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent virtual presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using online collaboration tools and learning management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
