Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in childcare management, administration, or policy development.
• Demonstrated expertise in early learning frameworks, curriculum design, and quality assurance systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and other digital collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote consultation services to childcare centers, including curriculum development, quality improvement plans, and operational efficiency strategies.
• Advise parents on selecting appropriate childcare options and supporting their child's development at home.
• Conduct virtual assessments of childcare facilities to ensure compliance with educational standards and safety regulations.
• Develop and deliver online training modules and resources for childcare professionals.
• Stay abreab of current trends, research, and legislation impacting the early childhood education field globally.
