About the Role

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in senior operations leadership roles, with at least 7 years in C-suite positions within high-growth companies.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and scaling operations in a remote-first or fully distributed organization.
• Proven track record of driving significant improvements in operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with experience influencing diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of operational best practices, technology trends, and financial management.
• Experience in risk management, compliance, and governance.
