About the Role

You will collaborate virtually with exploration, mining, and corporate teams, providing strategic geological insights and ensuring the integrity of resource and reserve estimates. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and validation of geological models and resource estimates for various commodities using advanced software.
• Oversee and interpret drilling data, assay results, geological mapping, and geophysical data for resource modeling.
• Ensure compliance with international resource reporting codes (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101).
• Collaborate closely with mine planning engineers and geologists to translate resource models into mineable reserves.
• Provide expert geological input for due diligence, acquisitions, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Mentor and guide a team of geologists and resource modelers, fostering technical excellence remotely.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Geology or a related earth science discipline.
