Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Logistics Planner to manage event logistics from a fully remote team. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery across locations, develop detailed event plans, and monitor progress with proactive problem-solving.

The role requires strong communication, exceptional organization, and the ability to work independently in a home-based setup while maintaining health and safety standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, event planning, or operations management, preferably in catering or hospitality.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects and schedules remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across platforms.

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events from a remote location.
• Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and external vendors (caterers, venues, delivery services).
