Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management and catering operations.
• Strong logistical planning and ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with event planning software and office tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of catering event logistics from booking to delivery.
• Develop operations strategies to improve service quality and profitability for remote events.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate with suppliers for food, equipment, and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
