Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead online marketing strategies from a remote position across South Africa. You will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns.

Reporting to the marketing leadership, you will manage SEO, SEM, content, social media, email automation, and analytics, while guiding a remote team to deliver high-impact results aligned with growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, with senior/managerial experience.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content and social media marketing, and email automation.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels to drive growth.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Oversee creation of website copy, blog posts, and social content.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
