Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a closely related accounting role.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Record, categorize, and maintain daily financial transactions across company accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; process invoices and follow up on balances.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other records; resolve discrepancies.
