Placements24 is seeking a Blockchain Technical Lead to guide strategy and development in a fully remote capacity. You will lead engineers, shape architecture, and drive scalable, secure blockchain projects across Ethereum and smart contracts while mentoring the team and defining technical roadmaps.

Ideal candidates will bring 7+ years in software with 4+ years in blockchain, strong backend skills (Node.js/Python/Go), and proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in software development; at least 4 years in blockchain.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Expertise in smart contract development languages (Solidity) and platforms (Ethereum).
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of blockchain developers in design, development, and deployment of blockchain solutions.
• Oversee technical architecture and implementation of smart contracts and distributed applications.
• Ensure quality, scalability, security, and performance of blockchain projects.
• Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements and roadmaps.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices.
• Stay updated on blockchain advancements and drive innovation.
• Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of engineers.
