Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Blockchain Business Analyst to bridge business needs with blockchain solutions in a fully remote role. You will assess market trends, identify opportunities for blockchain adoption, and translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams.

Collaborate with product managers and developers, conduct competitive analyses, and document use cases, user stories, and process flows to guide product development in the blockchain space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with focus on technology projects.
• Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and decentralized apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging blockchain to improve processes or create new products.
• Gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for blockchain solutions.
• Create process flows, use cases, and user stories to communicate requirements to development teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within blockchain and crypto space.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus on technical solutions.
