Placements24 is seeking a strategic Blockchain Business Analyst based in Randburg to bridge business needs with blockchain solutions. You will translate challenges into clear requirements for development teams, ensuring blockchain initiatives align with business objectives and deliver tangible results.

You will work with stakeholders across departments to drive adoption of blockchain technology and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or IS or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with blockchain exposure.
• Experience gathering and documenting complex requirements; agile handy.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for blockchain projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses for blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to define scope.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and functional specs for blockchain apps.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and developers.
• Support UAT and deployment of blockchain solutions.
