Placements24 seeks a meticulous Blockchain Security Auditor to join a fully remote team. You will perform security assessments of smart contracts, dApps, and blockchain infrastructure, and deliver actionable remediation guidance.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/Cybersecurity degree with 3+ years in software security, and hands-on experience auditing Solidity and Rust, with strong cryptography knowledge and clear security reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3+ years in software security, vulnerability assessment or penetration testing.
• Experience auditing blockchain smart contracts (Solidity, Rust).
• Strong cryptographic knowledge applied to blockchain.
• Familiarity with common smart contract vulnerabilities and attack vectors.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit smart contracts and dApps for security.
• Identify vulnerabilities in blockchain code, protocols, and configurations.
• Perform penetration testing and fuzzing to reveal weaknesses.
• Prepare detailed security reports with risks and remediation steps.
• Collaborate with dev teams to implement fixes and best practices.
