Placements24 seeks a vigilant Blockchain Security Engineer to join a fully remote team dedicated to safeguarding the integrity of our blockchain ecosystem. You will conduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement robust security measures across smart contracts, protocols, and dApps.

The role requires 3+ years in cybersecurity with a focus on blockchain security, proficiency in Solidity or Rust, and strong cryptography knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on blockchain security.
• Proficiency in smart contract security analysis (Solidity, Rust).
• Strong understanding of cryptography, network security, and common attack vectors.
• Experience with security auditing tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Audit smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and dApps.
• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and threats.
• Develop security best practices and incident response plans.
• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on blockchain infrastructure.
