Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems and blockchain protocols.
• Deep understanding of various consensus algorithms (e.g., Proof-of-Work, Proof-of-Stake, BFT variants).
• Proficiency in systems programming languages such as Go, Rust, or C++.
• Experience with network programming and distributed systems design.
• Strong knowledge of cryptography and its application in blockchain technology.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
