Placements24 is recruiting a remote Blockchain Developer in South Africa to design, develop, and deploy blockchain solutions, focusing on Solidity smart contracts and dApps. The role is fully remote within SA, collaborating with a distributed team to ensure secure, scalable systems.

Candidates should have 3+ years software experience, including at least 1 year in blockchain, and familiarity with Web3.js or Ethers.js on Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years software development, with at least 1 year in blockchain.
Proficiency in Solidity.
Experience with Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain.
Familiarity with Web3.js or Ethers.js.
Understanding of decentralized systems and cryptography.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity.
Build and maintain dApps and integrate with blockchain protocols.
