Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote BIM Specialist to support diverse projects. This fully remote role focuses on developing BIM strategies, data management, and promoting collaboration across project teams to optimize delivery and asset quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, proven BIM experience, and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri. Strong communication and independent work capabilities are essential for success in a remote

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Specialist or Coordinator, with a strong understanding of BIM methodologies.
Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri.
Knowledge of various file formats (e.g., IFC) and data exchange protocols.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, essential for remote work.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for various projects.
Create and maintain accurate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes detected in models.
Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
Ensure the quality and integrity of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate BIM data with other project management tools.
