Placements24 is seeking a highly specialized BIM Architect Specialist to join their innovative remote team. The role focuses on advancing BIM capabilities, developing standards, and coordinating model data across projects in a virtual environment.

This position offers the opportunity to influence BIM adoption and quality assurance while maintaining strong data integrity and seamless coordination among distributed design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit; deep understanding of Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and implement BIM execution plans.
• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting in BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models for complex architectural projects, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide technical expertise and support to architects and designers on BIM software and workflows.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve model coordination issues in a virtual environment.
• Train and mentor team members on advanced BIM techniques and software functionalities.
