Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
• Relevant certification or experience as a Behavioural Health Technician or similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with behavioural health conditions.
• Demonstrated experience and comfort with providing support via telehealth and remote communication tools.
• Strong understanding of common behavioural health conditions and basic therapeutic principles.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills suitable for virtual interaction.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other digital collaboration software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professional boundaries remotely.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment that ensures client privacy.
