Placements24 is seeking a strategic and results-driven Remote E-commerce Beauty Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of online beauty offerings. You will shape the product vision, manage lifecycles, and drive sales using data and customer insights from a fully remote setup.

You will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and technology teams to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience for beauty consumers, applying analytics, UX/CRO expertise, and agile methods

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in e-commerce product management, preferably in beauty or fashion.
Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and drive online sales growth.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the e-commerce product strategy and roadmap for beauty categories.
Manage product launches including assortment, pricing, and promotions.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize listings, navigation, and checkout to improve user experience.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and new features.
