Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will own the top of the funnel by researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, and maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR roles preferred.
• B2B sales experience preferred, quota carrying welcome.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
