Formación

• Experience in SDR/BDR roles with quota responsibility.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and Salesforce.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and feedback with the sales team.
