Purple Sales Solutions is building a high-performance digital marketing and operations team in South Africa. We seek a fast-moving, metric-driven Outbound Email Sequence Copywriting Specialist to scale B2B cold outreach campaigns and design sales materials for clients.

You will craft hyper-personalized messaging, angles that catch executive attention, and drive high reply rates while collaborating with lead research and onboarding teams. Flexible remote work based in SA is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven Copywriting Track Record: 1-3 years of experience writing direct-response copy, follow-up emails, or dedicated sales outreach.
• Outbound Sales DNA: Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or working directly alongside an outbound lead generation pipeline is highly valued.
• The "Human Tone" Instinct: Exceptional English command with an innate ability to avoid sounding like a bot or generic template.
• Target-Driven Mindset: Comfortable writing at pace toward clear daily and weekly output goals while prioritizing high-standard metrics.
• Platform Savvy: Familiarity with modern outreach and CRM stacks (HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Outreach.io) is preferred. Knowledge and experience in integrating HubSpot with other tools via API, Zapier, or natively. Proficient with Word documents and Claude.ai.

Responsibilities

• Write Personalized Outreach: Craft brief, compelling cold emails, personalized LinkedIn sequences, and custom profile openers tailored to target personas. Create follow-up email templates and call scripts based on onboarding materials.
• Create Sales Development Materials for outbound Lead Generation campaigns and Marketing briefs and PDF sales content.
• Run A/B Tests: Constantly launch and analyze alternative subject lines, pain-point callouts, and CTAs to maximize performance.
• Incorporate Reply-Rate Feedback: Monitor metrics (open, click, reply) and refine messaging angles based on data.
• Review Persona Mapping: Coordinate with lead research to align copy with demographics and growth signals.
• Implement email sequencing tools such as Instantly and HubSpot.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to improve system usability.
• Maintain the Agency Guidelines: Ensure high-volume copy sounds authentic, human, and targeted while meeting daily campaign targets.
