Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Aviation Cybersecurity Analyst to safeguard aviation assets and OT from cyber threats. You will monitor security systems, identify vulnerabilities, and design strategies to protect critical infrastructure in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cybersecurity, strong network security and threat analysis experience, and familiarity with SIEM and IDPS, plus knowledge of NIST/ISO27001 frameworks in aviation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience focusing on network security and threat analysis.
• Experience with SIEM tools and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and their aviation application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and remote collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Monitor security alerts and logs for suspicious activity across aviation systems.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and testing on networks, apps, and OT systems.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and best practices for aviation.
