Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in aviation regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of ICAO Annexes, EASA Part-M/Part-145/Part-CAMO, SACAA CARs.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive aviation compliance management system.
• Monitor changes in aviation regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to verify compliance with aviation laws and company policies.
• Investigate compliance-related incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities (SACAA, EASA, FAA) on compliance matters.
• Develop and deliver training programs on aviation compliance and safety to relevant personnel.
• Manage the risk assessment process related to compliance and safety.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
• Provide expert advice and support to senior management on all aspects of aviation compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and conducting audits.

• Proficiency in using compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
