Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation regulatory compliance, safety, or operations.
• In-depth knowledge of South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) regulations and international aviation standards (ICAO, EASA, FAA).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and conducting audits.
• Strong understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex regulations.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines in a remote setting.
