Qualifications

About the Role

This position allows you to work from anywhere in South Africa , focusing on the integration and validation of complex automotive electronic systems. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and functionality between various vehicle subsystems, from powertrain to infotainment and ADAS. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of automotive architectures, communication protocols, and system-level testing, coupled with excellent remote collaboration skills to drive successful integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and validate diverse automotive electronic systems, including ECUs, sensors, and actuators, in a virtual environment.
• Define and execute system-level test plans, analyzing results to identify integration issues and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues arising from the interaction of multiple vehicle subsystems.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software development teams, as well as suppliers, using remote communication tools.
• Develop and maintain system integration documentation, including architecture diagrams and test procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies for automotive projects.
