Qualifications

• ATC license with relevant ratings and endorsements.
• Proven experience managing air traffic in complex airspace.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and situational awareness under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage air traffic within assigned airspace using radar, comms, and surveillance systems.
• Issue clearances, instructions, and advisories to pilots to ensure safe separation and efficient flight ops.
• Coordinate with other ATC facilities and stakeholders to manage traffic flow.
• Respond rapidly to emergencies and implement procedures to ensure safety of aircraft and passengers.
• Maintain accurate flight progress data and records in ATC systems.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, procedures, and safety protocols.
