Placements24 is seeking an innovative Remote Aromatherapist and Product Developer to join our team in creating premium, natural wellness products. In this fully remote role, you will develop unique essential oil blends, formulate new aromatherapy products, and advise on therapeutic benefits.

You will work with the product development team to enhance existing lines, prototype concepts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Certified Aromatherapist qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of aromatherapy formulation and product development.
• Strong knowledge of essential oil chemistry, safety and therapeutic applications.
• Experience in product formulation across bases and preservatives.
• Ability to conduct independent research and stay updated on industry advancements.
• Excellent organization for managing multiple remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine essential oil formulations for diffusers, massage oils, skincare, and personal care.
• Research and select high-quality essential oils and carrier ingredients, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conceptualize new product concepts from ideation through to prototyping and testing.
• Provide expert advice on the therapeutic properties and safe application of essential oils for various health and wellness applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product descriptions, educational content, and usage guidelines.
• Conduct quality control assessments on raw materials and finished products to ensure consistency and efficacy.
