Placements24 is seeking a Lead Aroma-Therapist & Wellness Program Developer to design and manage remote aromatherapy and holistic wellness programs for a dispersed client base. You will create engaging education, conduct virtual consultations, and lead group sessions, advancing mental clarity and well-being through aromatherapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a certified aromatherapist or in a related holistic wellness role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering wellness programs, preferably virtually.
• Deep understanding of essential oil properties, contraindications, and therapeutic applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients virtually.
• Proficiency in online meeting platforms (Zoom/Google Meet) and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive aromatherapy and holistic wellness programs for online delivery.
• Create engaging educational content, including webinars, workshops, and written guides, on essential oils.
• Provide remote one-on-one consultations and assess client needs.
• Lead virtual group sessions and guided meditation using aromatherapy techniques.
• Source and vet high-quality essential oil suppliers for integrity and ethical sourcing.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote wellness programs and attract new participants.
• Stay updated on research and best practices in aromatherapy and remote wellness.
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling virtual sessions and tracking engagement.
• Develop client success metrics and report on program effectiveness.
• Contribute to new product formulations related to aromatherapy and wellness.
• Foster a supportive online community for participants.
