Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field with sustainability focus.
• 8+ years in architectural sustainability consulting, leading initiatives.
• Proven track record in achieving multiple green building certifications.
• Knowledge of SA building regulations and sustainability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion sustainability vision and strategy for projects.
• Lead energy-efficient design solutions, renewable energy, and water conservation.
• Oversee certifications such as Green Star SA, LEED, and EDGE.
• Perform and interpret environmental performance analyses (energy modeling, LCA).
• Provide guidance to design teams on materials, construction techniques, and IEQ.
• Stay updated on sustainability innovations and regulations.
