Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field with sustainability specialization.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural sustainability consulting with leadership in initiatives.
• Proven success in managing multiple green building certifications; knowledge of SA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion sustainability strategy for architectural projects.
• Lead energy-efficient design solutions, renewable energy systems, and water conservation measures.
• Oversee green building certifications (Green Star SA, LEED, EDGE).
• Conduct environmental performance analyses, including energy modeling and life cycle assessments.
• Provide guidance on sustainable materials, construction techniques, and indoor environmental quality.
• Stay updated on innovations, regulations, and trends in sustainable architecture.
