Placements24 is seeking a talented Residential Architect to join their fully remote team, focusing on custom home design and collaboration with clients across multiple locations. You will create detailed plans, develop high-quality 3D renderings, and guide projects from concept to construction documentation in a virtual environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with 3–5 years of residential design experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent client

Responsibilities

• Design custom residential properties, developing detailed architectural plans and specifications
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to present design concepts
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and energy efficiency standards
• Collaborate with structural engineers, interior designers, and other consultants virtually
• Manage the design process through to construction documentation and site observation if required
