Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, economics, business, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in airline network planning, route development, or commercial strategy.
• Proficiency with Sabre, Amadeus, Optimiser, and network planning tools.
• Strong airline economics, fleet planning, and operational constraint knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work remotely.
• Experience with remote teams and reliable home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the airline's route network and optimize existing routes.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and demand forecasting for new routes.
• Analyze flight schedules, costs, and passenger volumes to assess network performance.
• Collaborate with commercial, fleet, and operations teams to align strategy.
• Model scenarios with network planning software and assess financial impact.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations affecting network planning.
• Optimize aircraft utilization and fleet deployment.
• Contribute to long-term strategic vision.
• Ensure network plans are viable commercially and operationally feasible.
