Soar/Hambi Media is seeking an AI Videographer (Performance Creative) to own AI-powered video production for D2C performance ads. You will translate briefs into high-quality AI footage using VO3, SORA 2, Arc Ads 2.0 and other platforms, delivering assets ready for edit and delivery.

This role blends creative strategy, AI tooling, and performance optimization, requiring fast iteration, attention to detail, and a drive to scale output while maintaining craft and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at speed in a performance environment.
• Interest in building systems over one-off outputs.
• Strong visual eye for pacing and framing.
