Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading nine-figure D2C brand, seeks an AI Video Creator in Dubai to own the production pipeline from script to shipped asset. You’ll craft, generate, edit, and assemble ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Puffy.com with an AI-first toolbox, ensuring hooks convert at scale.

You’ll work directly with the Director of Marketing, owning visuals, timing, color and sound, delivering fast POV-based content that drives performance in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Direct response portfolio demonstrating ads designed to drive action.
• Character consistency across generated shots across scenes.
• Hands-on AI video generation with multiple models.

Responsibilities

• Own AI video production across paid ads and product videos, script to shipped asset.
• Build prompt and reference library for character and material consistency.
• Produce ads at volume, iterate hooks based on CTR and retention metrics.
• Blend generated footage with stock/shots to create seamless, high-conversion assets.
