Job summary

Augment Creative & Strategy is seeking a Mid-Level Motion Designer to own video and motion graphics across five brand portfolios. You’ll work on social cutdowns, paid ad variations, event recaps, hype films, and motion-led campaigns, while also producing static assets for web and CRM when needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant video editing, motion, and multimedia design experience.
• Standout portfolio led by video and motion, with static work across digital channels.
• Strong grasp of functional and aesthetic design, and the judgement to know when to prioritise.
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and templates at once.
• Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and quick to take feedback and iterate.
• Keen interest in consumer psychology and performance; uses results to shape edits.
• Actively experimenting with, and using, AI to push video/motion boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own video and motion graphics from concept to delivery across social, CRM, and web.
• Edit event recaps, hype films, athlete stories, and paid ad variations.
• Build and maintain motion templates for each brand.
• Use AI video and motion platforms to speed ideation and restyle footage.
• Integrate rotoscoping, upscaling, background removal, and generative fill into workflow.
