Placements24 is seeking a Remote AI Solutions Architect to design and oversee the implementation of sophisticated AI systems for diverse clients. The role emphasizes cloud-native architectures, data pipelines, and model deployment across AWS/Azure/GCP, with a focus on scalable, secure, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT.
• Proven experience as Solutions Architect with cloud and AI/ML focus.
• Knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong MLOps understanding and production ML deployment experience.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, encompassing data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring frameworks, primarily utilizing cloud platforms. Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical AI strategies. Develop technical roadmaps for AI adoption and implementation, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices. Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform). Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of deployed AI solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle. Stay current with emerging AI trends, cloud technologies, and automation techniques, and identify opportunities for innovation. Create comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and deployment guides.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role, with a strong focus on cloud and AI/ML. In-depth knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Strong understanding of MLOps principles and practices for deploying and managing ML models in production. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly. Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making. Experience with data engineering principles and ETL processes is highly desirable.
