Placements24 is seeking a Lead AI/ML Solutions Architect to design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems on AWS, Azure, and GCP. This remote-first role focuses on translating client challenges into robust technical solutions and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will define technical strategy, oversee solution design and delivery, and mentor engineers while staying ahead of AI/ML and cloud innovations across industries.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 5 years focused on designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native AI/ML services.
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle including data engineering, model development, deployment (MLOps), and monitoring.
• Experience with big data technologies and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence decisions.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
• Cloud certifications are a strong plus.
